team member display

Celebrating the achievements of agents and agency managers, the team member display features individual, movable wedges for each team member recognized for at least one of four achievements throughout their career. Each wedge features the team member’s headshot on one side, with their achievements on the other. In the way of technology, the display features three vertically-oriented monitors which feature specific team members and their achievements, highlights from team member trips around the world, and rotating content throughout the year. Running vertically in the center are dimensional acrylic infographics that present a high-level overview of the recognition program. 

Lighting also plays a significant role via the use of LEDs placed behind the entire main portion of the display, illuminating each component from the rear, which creates an alluring, dramatic effect without overpowering the visuals. The logo draws the eye with its contrasting red color, and continues on below with the use of red LEDs placed behind the main monitor. Acrylic display cases hug the lower right corner, presenting various awards, able to be repositioned via adjustable shelving. The display is intended to change and evolve as team members are added and updated regularly.

On a separate floor we provided various branded elements throughout the space focused on the company's heritage and mission.
